Good for you for asking! It is normal to take Tylenol 3 if it is not in 4 / 6 hours for Vicodin. Your doctor will not likely that the analgesic drug Ween you were together has decreased. Always good to be causious if you have immediate questions, you may apply to a pharmacy, 24 hours, they are always welcome.
If your medication Vicodin disappears after a wait of 4 hours for Vicodin. Coding adds to the effects of Vicodin. So make sure and wait a couple of hours at least ... Both drugs are a form of opiate.
The first answer is wrong Vicodan paracetamol could take more than the liver much acetaminophen. WebMD can not for the two drugs and compare what happens. Not sure of codeine - Vicodan interactions. I am addicted to painkillers, it can be 4 or 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 5 Vicodan take Tylenol just to make myself clear. I once again recommend to go into WebMD.

You need not wait. They are two completely different analgesics.
