Our doctor told me that I have " cerevix stenosis" and I have done IUI one month back but no success.? - what is cervix stenosis
The doctor will suggest that, for IVF procedures.
I want to know how to ensure the success of in vitro fertilization? and there is no cure for cervical stenosis?

Cervical stenosis is a narrowing of the cervix that may prevent meeting the egg and sperm cell. Depending on the level, there are treatments but no cure.
As for IVF - no guarantees in relation to fertility. Their potential is dependent on individual factors such as age, egg quality and quantity of their response to drugs to treat infertility, semen quality of partners, number of previous embryo transfers, and so on. . .
You should discuss with your doctor for more information!
